This kit teaches simple one-rod coiling and six simple stitch patterns of many traditional Native American tribes from Alaska, California and the Southwest.
You can make one 3" to 4" diameter basket and choose from three basic designs: zig zag, stepped spiral or coyote tracks.
The kit contains natural and nontoxic dyed raffia, fiber rush, three tapestry needles, and an easy-to-follow instruction booklet. Ages 12 and up. Adult participation necessary for younger ages.
